Confidence Testing forms for projects in University Place can be sent to the Fire Code Official.

Confidence Testing

The Compliance Engine processes all confidence testing of all fire and life safety systems within the City of Lakewood and hard copy forms will not be accepted. Contractors will need to register at their website and enter report data there. Please call (253) 983-4583 with questions or for more information.
